About Us
I.W. Incorporated was established in December 2003 to represent manufacturers of quality lighting fixtures in New Mexico, El Paso, Southern Colorado and Mexico.
Founding Partners Bruce Cox and William Jolley, are pleased with the changes at I.W. in 2018, including our name change to “Illumination Works, LLC". We are the same “I.W.” with a renewed focus on the state of New Mexico.
With the evolving changes in the industry and within I.W. as of September 1, 2022 the partners decided to put their succession plan in effect and let Heather Borresen take the reigns as the First Woman Ran and Owned Lighting Representative Agency in the State of New Mexico. While William has left I.W. to pursue his own business; Bruce has stayed on with the Agency to assist with a smooth transition.
I.W. LLC’s office is located In Rio Rancho, NM and we remain dedicated to providing excellent customer service, exceeding expectations, and high-quality lighting fixtures/components at fair prices.
Our Team
Specification Sales Heather Borresen brings 20+ years of customer service experience with in the Hospitality industry and has been actively involved in the lighting industry for six years. Extremely customer focused, Heather works directly with Architects, Engineers and Interior Designers to achieve all their lighting design goals. Heather is capable of running all your lighting calculations, and preparing layouts for your projects utilizing AGI software. heather@iwill-llc.com
Customer Service / Inside Sales Lisa has been in the lighting industry for 14 years. She handles all purchasing, billing, tracking, returns, order changes and lost or incomplete material. She is the main contact for all post orders.
Quotes Management Mark Jacobs brings over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry. His expertise is quotations and managing projects. mark@iwill-llc.com
Bruce has 30+ years experience in the electrical industry. His expertise has been shared between the NM and PA markets. With eighteen years as a sales representative covering the wide range of inside sales, outside sales and quotations as well as twelve years in the lighting agency business as a principal and a quotation manager.
